MHT OPERATIONS DURING COVID-19


We are open and offering all of our services from accepting applications for homeownership, working with applicants to become purchase ready, to offering resources and assistance to applicants and homeowners. We are committed to slowing the spread of COVID 19. Here are some important aspects to note about how the Methow Housing Trust is currently providing our services:

  • Our staff is maintaining office hours Monday-Thursday 9am-3pm and is mainly scheduling remote meetings. We can set up phone meetings or video meetings via zoom or google hangouts. In person meetings are offered on a case by case basis and require physical distancing and wearing masks.

  • If you need to deliver something to the Methow Housing Trust outside of our office hours, including any applicant paperwork, we do have a dropbox located outside our building at 31 West Chewuch Rd. Please notify us if you will be leaving something in the dropbox so we receive it in a timely manner. Our mailing address is:

  • WE ARE ACCEPTING NEW APPLICATIONS FOR HOUSING.  If you are interested in applying to our homeownership program, please complete our online application.
