Chief Operating Officer (COO):  The Methow Housing Trust, a nonprofit community land trust that develops and preserves affordable, quality housing for local residents, is seeking a Chief Operating Officer.  This key member of our leadership team will be responsible for:

Project and Stewardship Manager: The Methow Housing Trust, a nonprofit community land trust that develops and preserves affordable, quality housing for local residents, is seeking a Project and Stewardship Manager.  This key member of our team will be responsible for:  

  • Construction Project Management

  • Homeowner Education

  • HOA Development & Support

We seek a nimble teammate who is passionate about our mission, who is able to manage details and decision-making related to the construction process, as well as be responsive to the needs of a growing number of MHT homeowners.
