McKinney Ridge homeowners discussed visioning for the common areas of their neighborhood on a recent hike up Lucky Jim Bluff. They will have a gathering at the end of September to make plans for their first winter in the neighborhood.

Construction has begun on Phase 2 homes of the McKinney Ridge neighborhood. Foundations have been poured and work has begun on framing!

Major street improvements are underway along Canyon Street this summer. This Twisp Town project is funded in part by the Methow Housing Trust and will help improve connectivity between commercial and residential parts of Twisp.

Phase 2 construction is moving right along for four more homes. They are looking good with their newly installed trusses! Thank you to Louws Truss for the discounted trusses!

October 26th Volunteer Work Parties

We love the common areas at the new Twisp (Canyon Street) and Mazama (McKinney Ridge) neighborhoods. This first year is so important for removing invasive weeds so there is space for native seeds to grow. Your help with this will leave a lasting impact for these new neighborhoods! Join us at either Work Party on Saturday October 26th.

Bring your gloves, bring your shovels, buckets and rakes and let's get to it! Sign up for either work party at Volunteer Methow, or email Sarah at sarah@methowhousingtrust.org
