Pathways to homeownership
Community Land Trust Homes - These homes are build using funds from the generosity of our community and sold at affordable prices to valley residents. The land trust ensures that the home remains affordable in perpetuity.
Housing Easement Homes - These are houses in the existing housing stock of the valley, and become integrated into our program via deed restriction. They are resold at a reduced price with a share of the equity retained as community equity. There are many ways a home can become part of the housing easement program.
